Closing the loan

On your closing day, you will be required to
sign the final loan documents.

Be prepared to:
• Bring a copy of your drivers license for all people on the loan and spouse if refinance loan.

• Bring a cashiers check for your down payment and
closing costs if required. Personal checks are
only accepted up to $500.

• Review the final loan documents. Make sure that
the interest rate and loan terms are what you were
promised. Also, verify that the name and address on
the loan documents are accurate. (Construction and Refinance
loans - you will be emailed a copy of your closing documents the day before the loan closes)

• Sign the loan documents. (refinances and cash out loans require spouse's signature even if the spouse is not on the loan)
